-A recently released report circulated to Chinese State owned Enterprises reveals that a decision may have been made to allow these state owned enterprises to "walk Out" on Commodity Derivative trades.
This news comes as a great upset to western financial institutions who have been selling trillions of dollars worth of toxic Commodity based derivative investments to Chinese investors.
Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Morgan Stanley representatives have declined to comment... and if I were them, I would decline to comment too.

-The Federal Reserve bank has recently lost a Freedom of information lawsuit brought against them by Bloomberg news, demanding to know the securities (collateral) backing the $1.5 trillion dollars worth of loans they gave away to undisclosed financial institutions.
Just in case you are keeping track... this will be the first time that the Federal reserve bank had to release publicly its dealings since.... its inception in 1914.

-H.R. (House Resolution) 1207 the "Audit the F.E.D" Bill is set to pass with a majority approval in the house of representatives.
The Bill, Authored by Texas representative Ron Paul(R-Texas), and Co-sponsored by a majority of the House members, would end 95 years of the Federal Reserve Bank's Secrecy, and finaly disclose the plans of the most secretive of all "Quasi-Governmental / Private" financial institutions in the nation.
This is a Good thing.
It means we are winning. :)

-Blackwater Mercenary Force Founder and Owner "Erik Prince" is being charged with the deliberate causation of the deaths of 20 Iraqi civilians between 2005 and 2007.
As part of the Mercenary force contracted by the United States "Liberation Force" to "Secure" Iraq, Blackwater Mercenaries operated outside the Military code of Justice, and Military courts.
The Plaintiff in the case against Erik Prince, singled out the Company's founder and owner for providing his employees with instructions to shoot to kill civilians in iraq.
Blackwater lawyers have requested that the testimony of former blackwater employees (Mercenaries) should be striken from the record... the Court has not agreed to this decision.
The Case is ongoing.
